"Marketing Communications is what connects Comtec Presentations to our clients.

As an extension of the Sales department, we constantly strive to find more creative ways to market the Comtec brand in a way that will add value to any potential clients being introduced to Comtec Presentations for the first time.

Over the last few months, we have been working on some really exciting developments - not only to our website, with the forthcoming introduction of a 'build your own quote' facility, but also to how we offer solutions to potential clients in an exciting and impactful way. Watch this space!

The Marketing Communications department are also asked by clients to offer and implement marketing ideas, whether it's to maximize attendance at an event, updates post event, communicate a particular message to a wide
audience or design a website. The last 28 years have seen us continually develop the marketing platform we use for our clients; being the best at what we do is not enough for us. We need to continually be better!"

Account Management

Based on a philosophy that our clients will be with us on a long term basis, each client is allocated an experienced Account Manager, whose responsibility will be to oversee all the projects we manage and produce for their clients. Their involvement starts at the outset as they produce the initial proposals and concepts which are ultimately bought.

Each Account Manager has a portfolio of clients whose spend with Comtec ranges from £10,000 to £750,000. However the care and attention that is devoted to each client is not driven by budget, but by a desire to ensure that all clients come back to Comtec year after year.

Sales & Marketing Solutions

Having spent the last 10 years managing the sales of delegate places for large conferences, we understand it is vital to have a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to ensure that identified segment groups are effectively targeted. Whilst each event is very individual the strategies we create for our clients are based on tried and tested processes and best practise.

Our marketing experience and media capabilities have seen Comtec design and produce some excellent websites with interactive functionality. Irrespective of whether we are designing a new / updated corporate website or one designed specifically for an event, the feedback we have received from our clients over the years is a testament to our ability to deliver what we promise.

Exhibitor & Delegate Sales

Our Sales department comprises of a highly experienced and successful team with Sales experience in over 45 industry sectors covering both public, private and charity organisations. Whether they are selling delegate places, exhibitor space or sponsorship, our Sales team have done it all and thrived!

At the heart of our Sales and Marketing strategy would be ensuring that all marketing activity is specifically targeted to ensure that we can connect with each of the segment groups identified. Using a combination of telemarketing, event specific websites, interactive email campaigns, video messaging, printed literature, social networking sites and networking at similar events, Comtec has a record of success in exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Public Relations

At Comtec Presentations we understand the importance of Public Relations and as such we have teamed up with Manchester based PR Company 'Democracy PR'.

Together we are able to offer our clients the services of an award winning PR, digital & social media agency. Using the common principles of PR to find new and innovative ways to shape the public reputation of your company. Starting conversations in newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and online and joining these conversations assists in our clients understanding of their current and future customers.

Social Networking

Whilst not deemed an appropriate marketing tool by some of our clients, over the last few years we have seen some tremendous results using social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook to facilitate our sales and marketing strategies for clients.

This is an example of how Comtec continues to push the boundaries and ensure that the latest up to date marketing platforms are deployed for our clients.
